Module 3 focuses on the issues of Leadership, a key-element of any military organization. Students are presented with a series of topics which will serve to acquaint them with current practices of Leadership in the Military, and in the fields of Law Enforcement and Management, in its multiple facets. Also students have the opportunity to learn the related morphologic and syntactic structures that will enable them to hold a conversation or compose a brief essay on the subject.
The principles of Leadership are introduced in Unit 1, followed by a look into the modern standards of Military Leadership in Unit 2. Unit 3 deals with what it takes to become a leader, while in Unit 4 a comparison is established between the concepts of Leader versus Manager, and Unit 5 is about the role of Leadership in Law Enforcement.
